The Submission to the Congress consists of fulfilling in the Application Form to the Congress. The Application Form to the Congress is available on the “SUBMISSION” area of the Congress’s website. All the Participants, except the Attendees, have to submit an Abstract for their participation when they fulfill the Application Form to the Congress, where they describe their contribution to the Congress’s subject matter, in order to become Delegates. In the cases of Exhibitors, Sponsors and Donors, which are Companies, the names of their Representatives are submitted for further consultation.

The Submission of the Application Form to the Congress (Google form) is personal and one submission corresponds to one Registration, and to one Abstract. If the Authors of an Abstract are two or more, they have to choose one of them, who will submit the Abstract, and will be the one who will pay the Registration Fee and become Delegate of the Congress as Lecturer. If the rest Authors want to participate to the Congress, they have to make separate Submissions and Registrations as Attendees.

Only one type of the variety of Lectures is available for each Abstract Submission and Registration. There isn’t the possibility of participating to the Congress with two or more types of participation or with two or more presentations and Abstracts in the same type of participation. Generally the following applies, one Delegate, in one type of participation, with one Abstract. Lectures, Exhibitors, Sponsors and Donors are apriori Attendees and can attend all the sessions and be Members of the Learning Activities without paying more. All the Delegates can participate in all the Learning Activities which will be carried out in the days of the Congress, as Members of them. They will declare their desire after the Activities will be announced. 

THE ABSTRACT 

All Applicants to the Congress, except Attendees of the Congress, have to submit, when fulfilling the Application Form to the Congress, an Abstract describing their idea which falls within at least one Thematic Area of the Congress. The Abstract is a comprehensive description of the idea for a Speech, Oral or Poster Presentation, Learning Activity, Exhibition, Sponsorship, Donation, or Other. The Sponsors and Donors write the Abstract in relation to the purpose of their sponsorship and donation. The Abstract text counts 250(+-10) words and lowercase letters. In the Application Form to the Congress are written the title of the Abstract/Proposal, the names of the Authors, the keywords (up to 4), the thematic area in which the idea falls, and of course,  the text of the Abstract. The Abstracts are submitted in the Congress’s language, the English. The Abstracts are examined by the Congress Committees in a period of a week. The accepted Abstracts are included in the Congress Digital Book. Attendees do not fill in the Application fields referred to the Abstract.

The Abstract can be submitted any time when it will have been prepared, after the submission of the Application Form to the Congress and before the Registration. The Review Process of submissions is based on the Abstract and the Application form to the Congress regarding the Lecturers, Exhibitors, Sponsors and Donors, while the Attendees’ relies, only, on the Application form to the Congress.

THE REVIEW PROCESS OF THE SUBMISSION TO THE CONGRESS

Submissions tto the Congress by Lecturers, Exhibitors, Sponsors and Donors are evaluated based on the Abstracts with a double-blind peer-review process. The Abstracts reviewed by two reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area, members of the Scientific Committees. Based on the reviewers’ comments, papers are accepted, rejected or accepted with revision. The whole communication is carried out through emails.

Authors will be notified about their submission results within one week. 

The accepted Abstracts are formatted by the Mediterranean Institute for Education S.C.C., regarding their performance and not the content and text syndax, for publication in the Congress Digital Book.

The content of the Abstracts, Presentations, Activities and Exhibitions reflects the views of their creators and not, necessarily, of the Mediterranean Institute for Education S.C.C.

The full paper of the Presentations to the Congress can be published by the Authors anywhere they prefer.

The Attendees of the Congress do not submit Abstract. Their submission is evaluated based on the Application Form to the Congress. 

Completing all the fields of the Application Form to the Congress is optional. The Congress’s Committees need to have the fullest possible ‘picture’ of the Delegates in order to decide about the Delegations, and better organize the Sessions and the Program. 

The submission of the Application Form to the Congress is mandatory for each Participant. The Mediterranean Institute for Education S.C.C. has the last word in the selection of each Delegate. Completing all the fields of the Application Form is optional. The Congress’s Committees need to have the fullest possible ‘picture’ of the Delegates in order to decide about the Delegations, and better organize the Sessions and the Program.

The Submission to the Congress of the Abstract, Brochure of Professional Information, Exhibition Material, can be in different time. The review process begins after both Application Form to the Congress and Abstract have been submitted.
