STEPS TO BECOME A DELEGATE OF THE CONGRESS

1st Mediterranean Openair Lifelong Learning Congress “Mediterranean Asclepia-Entities in Time and in Space to Inspire Entrepreneurship and Wellbeing”

BECOMING A DELEGATE OF THE CONGRESS (SUBMISSION & REGISTRATION TO THE CONGRESS)

FOR LECTURERS, EXHIBITORS, SPONSORS, DONORS, ATTENDEES OF THE CONGRESS

Those wishing to participate to the 1ST MEDITERRANEAN OPENAIR LIFELONG LEARNING CONGRESS “MEDITERRANEAN ASCLEPIA-ENTITIES IN TIME AND IN SPACE TO INSPIRE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND WELLBEING”, and to become Delegates (as Lecturers, Exhibitors, Attendees, Sponsors, Donors, or Other), after studying the Congress Announcement, and consent to the terms of the Congress, have to Submit the Application Form to the Congress on the Congress Website where they declare personal and professional data and submit the Abstract. The Attendees do not submit an Abstract. 

The Application Form to the Congress is available on the “SUBMISSION TO THE CONGRESS” page of the Congress Website. Applicants, after receiving, in their mailbox, the Acceptance Letter of the Application for participation to the Congress, have to pay the Registration Fee in the Institute’s Bank account. Having on hand the Bank receipt, they fulfill the Registration Form, where they upload the receipt, and after this, receive in their mailbox the Personal Delegate Code and become Delegates of the Congress, thereby gaining access to the benefits of the Congress. The bank receipt of the paid amount is uploaded into the Registration Form. The Registration Form (Google form) is available on the “REGISTRATION TO THE CONGRESS” page of the Congress Website.

The fulfilling of the Application Form (Submission) and the participation to the organizational costs (Registration Fee) are mandatory for each Participant in order to become Delegate, and these are done in the areas “SUBMISSION TO THE CONGRESS” and “REGISTRATION TO THE CONGRESS” of the Congress Website. 

In the Application Form on the “Submission to the Congress” area of the Congress’s website, the applicants upload: i. the Abstract (mandatory for Lecturers, Exhibitors, Sponsors and Donors, Attendees do not upload an Abstract). The Abstract is a comprehensive description, word count 250(+-10), lowercase letters. The Sponsors and Donors write the text in relation to the purpose of the sponsorship and donation), ii. a short profile (the completion of all the fields is not mandatory)iii. a Digital Brochure of Professional Information (an optional description of the Delegate’s professional profile, up to 10MB in a pdf document), iv. Digital Exhibition Material (mandatory only for the Exhibitors) (pdfs, links) up to 10MB.

Completing all the fields of the Application Form is optional. The Congress’s Committees need to have the fullest possible ‘picture’ of the Delegates in order to decide about the Delegations, and better organize the Sessions and the Program. Additionally, the submitted data can also be exploited by the Mediterranean Institute for Education S.C.C. in the invitations of the next events. Completing all the fields of the Registration Form is mandatory.

(STEPS OF SUBMISSION AND REGISTRATION TO THE CONGRESS)

FOR LECTURERS, EXHIBITORS, SPONSORS, DONORS, ATTENDEES OF THE CONGRESS

-1-All the Applicants must have previously read the Congress’s Announcement and consent to the conceptual and organizational context of the Congress. After this, they prepare the documents which they will upload into the Application Forms of Submission and Registration. These are: a. the Abstract with the title and text, the names of the Authors, the key words and the extra resources demanded by the Lecturers and Exhibitors (specific material, equipment and space, in addition to the typical available at the Congresses), b. the Digital Brochure of Professional Information (optional), c. the Digital Exhibition Material of the Exhibitors.

-2-The Applicants visit the  “Submission to the Congress” area of the Congress’s website and fulfill the Application Form to the Congress. Filling in all the fields of the Application Form is not mandatory.

-3-Receive, within a week, the Acceptance Letter for Participation to the Congress

-4-After receiving this message, the Applicants have a. to pay the Registration Fee to the Congress at the Bank by transferring the amount to the Institute’s ALPHA BANK (BIC: CRBAGRAA) account with the IBAN GR4401406010601002002018579). b. With the Bank Receipt on hand, the Applicants fulfills the Registration Form to the Congress (Google form) and upload the Bank Receipt.

-5-Within two days, the Applicant receives via email the “Personal Delegate Code” and the process of announcing the Delegate has been completed. 

-6-Following, with the Personal Delegate Code, all the Delegates can book the Accommodation of their desire.
