1st Mediterranean Openair Lifelong Learning Congress “Mediterranean Asclepia-Entities in Time and in Space to Inspire Entrepreneurship and Wellbeing”
The nutrition during the 1ST MEDITERRANEAN OPENAIR LIFELONG LEARNING CONGRESS “MEDITERRANEAN ASCLEPIA-ENTITIES IN TIME AND IN SPACE ΤΟ INSPIRE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND WELLBEING ” is offered for free to the Congress Delegates. It includes the Liquor Reception, the Mediterranean Gala Business Dinner, the Hippocratic Dinner, the light Lunches, the two picnics, the street food, the instant coffes and juices, fruits and treats for the breaks and the snacks.
Meals and treats aim to get acquainted with the Congress themes, the local tastes and the gastronomic pleasure of the guests. They are original working meals, organized with imagination and innovation, through the interdisciplinary approach of the Congress’s issues, with the use of New Technologies, and combine the good quality of food, the science, the history, technology and art. With the Personal Delegate Code, all the Delegates have access to snacks, treats and meals with the use of free coupons, which are offered to them for free.
The Participants of the 1ST MEDITERRANEAN OPENAIR LIFELONG CONGRESS “MEDITERRANEAN ASCLEPIA-ENTITIES IN TIME AND IN SPACE ΤΟ INSPIRE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND WELLBEING” will have many chances to taste local food and treats during their stay in Crete. Breaking the Congress’s sessions, Mediterranean seasonal food, light lunches and two thematic Dinners will be offered for FREE. During the free time, the delegates can enjoy food and drinks of their choice, in places they like. Advice and information will be given by the locals.
A. MEDITERRANEAN BUSINESS (GALA) DINNER
The Mediterranean Business (Gala) Dinner for the Congress’s Speakers, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Donors and Attendees gives the opportunity for mutual acquaintance and strengthening of relations among the delegates. The cost is included in the Registration Fee to the Congress.
B. HIPPOCRATIC DINNER
The Hippocratic Dinner deepens in the ancient Greek therapeutic Diets, based on the Hippocratic plants and natural remedies. The cost is included in the Registration Fee to the Congress.
C. LIQUOR RECEPTION
In the Welcoming Reception to the Congress, liquors prepared with traditional local recipes and raw materials, offered for free, giving the first sweet flavor to the Delegates.
D. TREATS AND LIGHT LUNCHES
-During the Breaks, various pastries accompany the drinks, offered free by the Institute
-In the Middays, light lunches of Mediterranean diet and local seasonal food are offered free by the Institute Two picnics will be near the sea.
E. STREET FOOD
The Congress’s delegates will have the opportunity of eating the famous Greek Souvlaki, as kalamaki or gyros, at the center of Heraklion, offered free by the Institute
F. TRADITIONAL APPETIZERS
Traditional appetizers will accompany the local alcoholic drink ‘Raki’ and wines at the closing participatory session
